01Is this an outsourced help desk?

No. The primary offer is fractional IT leadership, roadmap work, and planned support. User support or operational responsibilities apply only when they are explicitly included in the agreed plan.

02Can the work happen in both English and French?

Yes. Discovery, working sessions, recommendations, and leadership material can be organized for English, French, or a mixed group. The language approach is agreed for the engagement.

03Does a monthly plan include every project?

No. Migrations, deeper assessments, and implementation sprints are scoped separately when their boundaries and dependencies are understood.

04What do $39 and $49 CAD establish?

They establish the approved per-user monthly price and broad positioning: Essential is core IT and Microsoft 365 management; Plus adds security baselines, an audit cadence, and priority support. They do not establish hours, systems covered, response targets, licensing, implementation, or project work. Do not approve a plan until those terms, responsibilities, and exclusions are written.

05Is an assessment a certification or guarantee?

No. Findings describe the evidence reviewed within the authorized scope. They do not certify compliance, promise that an environment is breach-proof, or replace a specialist audit where one is required.

06What should never go in the contact form?

Never send passwords, API keys, recovery codes, private keys, or sensitive access information. A brief description of the business decision and systems involved is enough for a first conversation.
